That's the only reason the game exists in the first place.. to generate controversy, buzz, sales.
They didn't exactly put some boobs in it for creative, or gameplay, reasons.

80's - 90's saw some attempts but it mostly just created ESRB and then PEGI and nothing ever dares try for sexual content as a result since AO is a ratings category but it also completely blocks any chance of selling the game on either of the three big console manufacturers hardware (Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo.) and it also blocks most digital and retail sales on PC. (Valve does not carry AO games on Steam though unrated sorta skirts around the issue.)
Course much like early access on Steam or the current VN trend among indie titles a lot of crapware ended up being released too betting on shock value, nudity or terrible marketing to drive sales with very varied results.
