Plus, if you stick the new dual core Pentium 4 and dual SLI cards on that mobo, the heat dissipation will be so excessive you can fry yourself a chicken in that oil

this could potentially be a good idea...
build a powerful mini PC in a strongly reinforced waterproof case, hack apart a microwave-sized mini refridgerator, plug both in and turn them up... ultimate cooling + cold bawls, all in one greasy package...

It works perfect with oil so yes. Only downside is the space it need and a bit messy to change things on the board.
