So I have seen some cool nature pools videos.

Basically by providing little surface area for nutrition of bad plants, filtering sand and stone, and welcome plants using the rest of the nutrition, and water pumps keeping the water moving, you can keep your water clean, transparent and sometimes even perfectly drinkable almost automatically. At worst you need to remove a little bit of algae here and there.

So how about an aquarium of this connected to your pc for water cooling? You can have an arguably cool looking thing, perhaps even with fish in it (don't know about the temperature variations caused by usage) and have a very large reservoir.

Since we have some diy experts on this forum, I think there is some potential use cases. I would love to see Bob try his hand on this idea.
