It can happen with the mouse, when typing (delayed to show), when drawing in Photoshop with a Wacom tablet.
Drivers for GPU, Windows Updates and stuff have been instaleld and up to date as always. I just don't understand what's going on.. No antivirus installed to prevent more slowdowns etc.
However, if i press Windows+Tab, it might require a 2nd key pressing again to make 3D Flip to pop up.. But if i do what i've just said, the problem temporally vanishes!...
Is there any solution?
