hmmmm 790.3million £ for 28.7% of manu. damn i didnt think it was a £3billion+ club anyway kinda sucks but it all depends on what he does with his 56.9%. he still needs to buy another 18% at 3 quid each so he's going to be down even more. I think some people are blowing it all outta proportion, tycoons want to make more money not burn their money into the ground. As long as he doesn't bottom feed the club then it will be ok

he dosent have control til he has 100% but he is now the majority shareholder
He cant transfer his debt untill he has 75%
so buy shares in shareholders united, he cant take control (or more importantly transfer his debt) until he owns 75% +, so shareholders united needs to own 25% +
Stop him from transfering his debt and its little diffrent

i just said that he needs to buy 75% for 100% ownership but even if that offer gets refused i think he still will have his majority stake.

tbh i do think he may be geniuinely a fan of man united. Sure he's racked up 300million quid debts but i dont think he'll cut the spending to 20million this year but then again he wont be giving out shed loads.

It was 100 million quid for the next 5 year. Utd has a rather good squad now and 20 million quid per summer isnot little if you take into account that Arsenal will be only spending 5 this ummer

yea spending 5 but will get some revenue from selling players like gilberto (if he does go). i hope united get ebu although they wont he's a class player, and should be in the arsenal team even if he wont play any more.

Utd would get revenue if they sold a player. Edu is great, I agree. Edu is leaving on a free transfer which must be a blow to Arsenal.
The fans own around 18 percent so Glazer most likely will not own 100 percent but he has atleast 74.81 percent of the club. 0.191 percent more and he can delist the club and have a LOT of freedom how the club is run.

Cue te "you're not Man U anymore" chants!
United's 20 million is less than "mighty" Wigan have to spend this summer lol
