The original sin blew my mind back in the day I'd totaly go for this remaster. I remember shooting bald enemies in the head and back of the skull and being amazed by the bullet hole and blood tech.
Yeah that's probably going to see some changes if they bring this (And the expansion?) back over and then there's the Episodes serving as a really cautionary tale about episodic gaming not always being ideal.
The original is a fun 90's shooter landing right on top of Half-Life so yeah it kinda faded quickly but it would be nice to see the legal issues sorted out and having it re-released and remastered to some degree at the same time if they can get it all wrapped up without BIG BUNDLE OF MONEY being involved because it's usually what it comes down to and then negotiating it down to something reasonable instead that they might have some chance of earning back.
Maybe Ritual's license on it expired or if they are trying to do something new with those characters they want people to forget how they abandoned the series last time.
