%SystemRoot%\MEMORY.DMP
If not:
sysdm.cpl
Advanced tab
Startup recovery settings
And at the bottom you can set what kind of dump you want, where you want it etc.

Well I used a program called Whocrashed and it says the BSOD is caused by a file called (ntoskrnl.exe) Its a windows kernel problem and seems to be software driver issue and now which driver???? Any where I can start?

Ok....I have a feeling NVidia's newest driver has something to do with it? I am uninstalling it and reinstalling 191.01...I will look into zippyshare now.

I uninstalled the Nvidia driver and reinstalled the old driver and I have left my PC on waiting to see if it crashes. It hasn't yet and it has been over 10min....we will see?
I found something I never noticed before NVidia has a thing called Watchdog which was a file in the Memory dump folder? Watchdog???

well its not that informative as i hoped, happens sometimes that it doenst catch the real important relations
buuuuuuuuuuut the bug check is a clue here, it seems its indeed relative to the nvidia drivers. uninstall them, and dont go for 391.01. they are fucked too, get the last release before 391

I had the 191.01 since the day they were released a while back with no issues. So I have them on there now and I am in wait mode. No BSOD yet. Its been 45min....but thanks again for taking a look for me....I will go to the NVidia forums next and see if any one else is suffering the same fate!! haha
Which driver do you use? Nvidia?

faulting module:
bcmwl63a.sys
Broadcom driver Wi-Fi adapter.
make sure its up to date (you currently have Sep 19 2015 drivers) , and if the issue still comes up then it could indicate hw failure.

Shit! I also installed a new wireless Asus card.AC56 1300....in the device manager I noticed the network adapter said Broadcom driver. I reinstalled the asus driver which is 2015 09 19....I should uninstall that driver and let windows put its driver in?

So I uninstall the software and driver for the asus AC56 wireless network card. The driver date is 2013 Broadcom??? Its seems fine for now. Not sure what to do now? I guess I will leave it and if it crashes again I will look further into the asus network driver? That network card was highly recommended too!! DAMN! I should go back to the NVidia driver just to double check?? What do you guys think? Thank you Ampee for jumping in on this also. Which crash software do you use?

I did install the official driver from asus. 1 day ago as I noticed in the device manager it was a Broadcom driver. When I installed the asus driver that seems to be when the BSOD started. So I went back to the Broadcom? You identified the Broadcom driver as the problem. So I am not sure if I should go back....I will wait until I get another crash...so far its been good?

simple : don't use the driver that's bcmwl63a.sys and dated Sep 19 2015, since that caused the crash.
if it's HW related (RAM, NIC) then it will keep BSOD-ing with a different driver as well.
