I'm sorry to start a new thread on this topic but there's so much bullshit everywhere that I felt compelled to do it.
I downloaded a DVD version and installed it. I then downloaded 2 different miniimage releases and I can't seem to get it to work.
Please post only if you have successfully run the game with the miniimage and how you got it to work.

listen... there's no way to make chaos theory run with a minimage, noone has ever done that... the only use of that minimage is to use the .mds file together with the mdf full image of the dvd to burn the game with rpms active and play it with an usb 2.0 dvd drive...
that's it... i'm saving your time posting even if i don't run with minimage
