So let me start off by saying: I know the project is super long dead and gone... I also know that "technically" it's destroyed by all companies involved.
But, does ANYONE still have a copy of this game? More specifically this version of it?
I don't want 2.x I'm looking for 1.7a the most and I've tried doing multiple google searches, in quotes etc. Still nothing... I know someone still has to have a copy lying around. I really wanted to play that version. I even tried all the links on the original topic for this game and they were all dead too.

Ah right, I forgot to answer you in the game's thread.
I only have the 2.0.4 version still. Thought it was lost with a HD crash back in the days... but apparently I had it in a back-up and stored it on my NAS.
So can't help you with an even lower version. :/

I'm talking about the one made inside RPG Maker VX. And I wanted 1.7a cause that was the last version that mixed up the formula a bit and didn't include the weird drm crypto crap that 2.0 has. Plus, after watching lets plays of both versions 1.7a looked way more fun to play. Oddly enough, you can find the 2.x versions all over the place. 1.7a is way more rare and almost impossible to find.

There are some people on the youtubes with videos of 1.7a, its a long shot but contact them and see if one of them still has it. I looked at my usual places that deal with preservation. But nothing there either.
Keep at it really. You're bound to be lucky some day. |

Sadly enough, those were my first options of checking. The guy who did the lets play of both said he destroyed all his copies. And the second person who did the lets play never got back to me only to find out they haven't been active for a couple of years.
Edit: I also even messaged sabin who started the original topic for this game, I'm not sure if he's even active anymore.
