yes, even old willamette p4 (so423) have it.

That was one good advantage of the P4, Athlon XPs would literally go up in smoke on case of a cooler failure Rolling Eyes

Yes I found that out myself when I killed an old amd cpu a while back. Mind you, it made a lovely ribbon of blue smoke.
