Just announced at #D23Expo, MOON KNIGHT, an original series from Marvel Studios, only on Disney+

For years in the pages of Marvel Comics, struggling with multiple personalities and amoral inclinations, Marc Spector fights on against all odds as the cloaked avenger Moon Knight!

He is basically a really violent Batman with Multiple Personality Disorder. He wears all white in the comics because he wants his enemies to see him coming. It will be interesting if they do the series in arcs dealing with his different personalities as his Mr. Knight persona became a fan favorite in the comics when it was introduced in the more recent years.

No. That character just never showed up in the comic books I bought. The stuff I read contained X-Men, Avengers, The Punisher, Spiderman and so on but no evil white batman character. Wink

(I couldn't read comic books in 1973 and the stuff I read when I had learned to read was Donald Duck, Bamse and similar.. Oh, I also read Tarzan, Batman and so on).

His other recent looks being:

they will probably go for one of those 2 looks. The second one in the white suit is the Mr. Knight persona I mentioned earlier.

Clash helmer Mohamed Diab has been tapped to direct Moon Knight, the Marvel series for Disney+ based on the comic book hero, Deadline has learned.

Nobody is commenting, but we hear that the Egyptian filmmaker has boarded the drama starring Oscar Isaac as the title character Moon Knight, aka Marc Spector, a mercenary who has numerous alter egos — cabbie Jake Lockley and millionaire playboy Steven Grant — in order to better fight the criminal underworld.

It is funny with these Moon Knight descriptions if it is from Disney referring to it being multiple alter egos instead of Marc Spector suffering multiple personality disorder and all those other names are just some of those multiple personalities.

Indeed. Isaaks makes this. Recently rewatched ex machina and he's that movie.

French actor Gaspard Ulliel dies aged 37 after skiing accident.

Played a young Hannibal in Hannibal Rising and Midnight Man in this.
Dunno how big of a role it is, but he's mentioned in the top cast on imdb.

Speaking with Empire magazine, Feige says the Oscar Isaac-led series will show the hero being physically ‘brutal’ as a fighter and will mark a tonal shift from what has previously been released on the streaming service to date:

"It’s been fun to work with Disney+ and see the boundaries shifting on what we’re able to do. There are moments [in the series] when Moon Knight is wailing on another character, and it is loud and brutal, and the knee-jerk reaction is, ‘We’re gonna pull back on this, right?’ We’re not pulling back. There’s a tonal shift. This is a different thing."

Moon Knight got rated TV-14 like all the other Disney + Marvel shows so anyone expecting R rated violence will probably be disappointed.
