Terminator: Resistance is an officially licensed, first-person shooter set during the ‘Future War’ scenario that was only glimpsed at in the iconic films from James Cameron, ‘THE TERMINATOR’ and ‘T2: JUDGEMENT DAY’.
This story takes place in a post-apocalyptic Los Angeles, nearly 30 years after Judgement Day, and stars a brand new hero in the Terminator universe, Jacob Rivers, a soldier in the Resistance led by John Connor. Despite the fact that Jacob is just a lowly private, he’ll soon discover that he’s been specifically targeted by the latest threat from Skynet and marked for termination!
i really don't understand why the license isn't going to some "AAA" developer, i mean with the new movie and all + tons of T2 fans all over the world.. same with Rambo. A missed opportunity for sure.

Yeah it sucks that we never got a good Terminator game since Terminator Future Shock.
One of the first FPS games I played was Terminator Rampage - a Wolfenstein-like Terminator FPS from 1994. Doom was released just before it so it was immediately looking dated (flat floors, maze-look rooms, few enemies, weak AI, ...). If you look at it, there's been almost no good Terminator games.
It was originally set to be released November 15th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, but now seems like it’ll come out December 10th. It will, however, retain that date for Europe.
^^ It's *great*! Definitely the best Terminator game yet, slightly beating out the classic "Future Shock" due to sad fact that Future Shock simply hasn't aged well at all. This was a friggin' blast and I loved every minute it of it on PC; good story, characters, audio, and the visuals were so-so, but the gameplay loop really grabbed me and I binged on this until I finished it
