I've had this for a while, it works well.
Add this to your Tampermonkey scripts:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/LeoNatan/NFOHump/master/IgnoreList/NFOHumpIgnoreList.user.js
Then enable in the Options to the left. Click on the "Ignore list" to add users as comma separated values, or use the "Hide User" button next to each user. You can toggle the script at any second to see hidden users.
Just be careful not to remain  . Use sparingly (for example, only for paxsali and scammonga).

Quotes are now hidden too, but not entirely removed, just so there is indication of trigger warning.
Unchecking the check box on the left restores the quotes.

Do you have any ideas how to do this?
Might also depend on the browser/extension you are using.
The script now also does automatic hiding of forum ignored users. So I suggest ignoring the offending … “user” … and that way it will hide the posts quicker. You can still keep the … “user” … in your script list, so that quotes are still kittens.

This script doesn’t load any dependency, as it is designed to use the already loaded JQuery. I’ll see what I can do.

I meant off site dependencies (depending if they're asynchronous), eg: the js for reddit / twitter posts etc that come from your other plugin. If they fail to load, or take a while, the page wouldn't render

Also, instead of cats, maybe a fact of the day (if at all possible). That way, where some monotonous baity shit would have been, you have something useful to read instead, eg:

Opening topics wouldn't feel as pointless
