So ... I dont want to link my bank or new credit card to paypal as i rarely use it and its extremely shitty if someone were to ever get a hold of my password as thats the only barrier to make a payment pretty much from what i can see.
The bankcontact top up function wants a minimum of 25 euro zzz

how much is the fee to transfer amounts below 2 euros from one wallet to another ?

Wut? I do it all the time at Amazon. I add it for prime trial or an order and afterwards it gets removed right away.
Paypal its been linked since I had it. 2factor and strong unique password is adviced whenever you link stuff like that. But I had no problem unlinking it when I still had a Belgian Paypal.
It's very simple. Go back in time, invest in Project Cars (low to mid tier investment will do just fine), leave note to self not to touch the moneyz, come back in time, profit in PayPal.
