There is a big difference between people using events to their advantage and something being a hoax.
And frankly if you'd tell me in front of me that its a hoax I'd fucking punch you in the face and no I don't care if you are bigger or stronger than me. People have lost their lives, you need to be an imbecile to think its a hoax.

Which one is more likely: A virus family that is known to jump species, jumping to humans for the first time and catching everybody's immune systems off guard or some global hoax where millions of people have to keep it a secret to make money of a totally destroyed economy
What do you think researchers in labs do all day? Mixing piss and shit until aspirin is formed? Spitting into water to find medicine that will help with some specific illness of an organ?
