As a long term net user I've seen som pretty disturbing sights on the net, from people being executed by firing squad to bikers having 25 feet of intestine wrapped around a wheels of a truck. Hell I've even seen innocents having their heads cut off in the name of religion. Or people being stoned to death. But for me text has always been a more disturbing media to get a story across than any video.
Reading the story of a young, well very young woman, someone just starting their life. Shanda Sharer. I've never been more disturbed or annoyed at the animals humans can become.
I've never wished a slow painful death on anyone. I do however wish it on everyone of her killers. My god, one of them even has their profile on a dating site.

But the story isn't for the faint hearted.

and even though i have read crueler things this really doesnt help my hangover... ...and i agree on it, that her murderes deserve a slow and painful death

Gotta agree with Jenni, I saw people get their heads cut off, but this is far more disturbing!
P.S. Murders don't deserve death, they deserve to live, but in suffer.

OMFG Released in 2052 or in 2022 with good behavior! WTF? 30 years difference ?
They should of put those things in some jail like in Silent Hill 4 for the rest of their so called 'lives'.

I read somewhere about the case that Indiana has gives inmates a credit of a day for each day served, thus halving the time of the inmates. Apparently that policy requires good behavior, but it still seems a travesty of justice for them to get half their life back after brutally taking another girl's life.

poor girl, why coudlnt they just immediatly put her out of her misery?
they tried to slit her throat, then stabbed her a few times, then tried to strangle her, took her in the van, abused her with an iron tire (not sure what it is), hit her so hard that a piece of skull fell off, but SHE DIDNT DIE ! so they stabbed her again 20 times or so, and she didnt die, so they slammed the trunk on her.
thoes girls should be released, and we should be aware of how they look like, and where to find them.

Just because she didn't participate actively means to me that any person with the brains to save a life and didn't is as guilty as the rest of them. Could you walk away if a child was suffering and not lift a finger to help. I'm sure as hell know I couldn't.
Which in my book makes her as guilty as the rest of those little evil animals.
Infact animals don't act in that kind of manner. They're much lower in my opinion. |

Some animals do, but thats not the point.
I don't believe that girl is a guilty as the rest, because what could she have done when all her friends were participating? She couldn't have physically stopped them anyway, she was probably terrified they would turn on her.
I think she was brave enough to report them all.

Hmm it's pretty sick O.o i didnt read it all but was there a motive?
And just because they prolonged the pain it doesn't mean they should get more years. What about the guys who killedjames bluger or however u spell it. they did like 10 years and are out in witness protection.
still nice site i was readin about BTK in fhm a month or 2 ago

Yes they most definitely should. I think thats far worse then putting a bullet in someones head.

Well just because they kill them in a certain way doesnt mean they should get more time. personally i believe that any1 who kills on purpose should get life no matter what. I'm not saying it should be any different but it's kinda glorifying shootings etc. where people only get 25 years, they're both as cold blooded as each other

I SOOOOOOOO Don't agree.
If someone shoots you in the head it's better then if someone torchers you for like 8 straight hours, don't you agree?
I think murderers should just be killed... killed the same way they kill, if they shoot someone, they would be shot, if they torcher someone, they should be torchered.

People.
Well I don't think it's fair to let me live, they sit in jail, PEOPLE (The victim's family etc..) pay for their food and service, and then they come out of the jail (30 years earlier) and go do their stuff.

Personally speaking I'm against the death sentence. It's a waste of time money and resources. Better to give them hard labour. Bland food, water. None of this perks if they behave. If they're unruley or refuse to work, withhold that food.
Kept in such conditions for the rest of their lives would probably make a profit. Any such monies would be paid to the victims families. If it's a mass murderer such as Timothy McVeigh, then any cash would be either held in trust for a monument, or spent on a group decision.

Yeah actually thats a really good idea, make them give back to the society they betrayed.
Didn't they do that in the past?
