Cancel the first order, cancelled, new order processing
5 mins later, new order cancelled

Meh. Newegg became dogshit when they sold many years ago to Chinese Company. Not trying to say anything but everything went to shit from product quality to superior customer service that they provided before.
Good luck trying to exchange any defective with them.
