Are you sure its a hybrid cd?
Looking at your first screenshot there's no mac files displayed, macs dont use .exe's so wheres the mac installer?
looks like they only released this for windows..taken from the .nfo

im not sure if windows can read mac cd's or hybrid meaning its not gonna read the mac partition of that cd, if its hybrid cd it has to be for 2 different os's and seeing that there is a MacOS folder in the .iso im sure you can install it on a mac. to test find somebody who has a mac and see if it works... also look in the .inf and see if it boots a .toast or mac formated file on disk insertion.

I am almost certain that you can use that hybrid disc on a Mac. In your picture it displays compatibilty with Apple's HFS+ file system, and there's a "Mac OS" folder on the CD, so burn put it in your Mac, and it should be fine. You just can't see the MacOS files from your PC with this kind of hybrid CD. Cheers.
