Developed by Insomniac Games and fully optimized for PC in collaboration with Nixxes Software, Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered will be released on Steam and the Epic Games Store on August 12, 2022
We will have more details to share about both Marvel’s Spider-Man PC games as we approach their respective launches. For now, we can reveal that Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered will launch on PC on August 12, 2022 while Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales will launch on PC in Fall 2022.
Hopefully that is correct about it coming to Steam as I did not notice it mentioned anywhere when I looked right after the trailer dropped. It will be nice to finally get this one PC and hopefully Nixxes does a good port since they can be hit or miss on their PC ports.

It's mentioned on the PS Youtube channel for the video I linked, quoted at the top of the page
Not much in way of additions. Better shadows. DLSS is the biggest one. And probably higher quality RT which was wildly cutback on console
Yup:
Ray-traced reflections are available across the game for those with hardware that supports them. Reflections also have varied quality levels, one of which is a new, higher-quality ray-traced mode that offers even more city detail when web-swinging and fighting crime in Marvel's New York.
NVIDIA DLSS (Deep Learning Super Sampling) increases graphics performance using dedicated Tensor Core AI processors found only on GeForce RTX GPUs, boosting frame rates with uncompromised image quality.
NVIDIA DLAA (Deep Learning Anti-Aliasing) is an AI-based anti-aliasing mode for GeForce RTX gamers who have spare GPU headroom and want higher levels of image quality.
Beyond choosing output resolutions, we also support a wide range of display ratios, including ultrawide 21:9, panoramic 32:9, and NVIDIA Surround multi-monitor setups.* If you've got three monitors, we've got the game for you to show them off with!
Many other rendering systems are more customizable than they have been in the past, with additional quality levels and algorithmic options. These include SSAO, texture filtering, LoD quality, shadows, and more. We support windowed, full screen, and exclusive full screen rendering modes.
Like the difference between a 6900XT snd a 6950XT is really 30FPS at 4K.
"Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-imposed nonage. Nonage is the inability to use one's own understanding without another's guidance. This nonage is self-imposed if its cause lies not in lack of understanding but in indecision and lack of courage to use one's own mind without another's guidance. Dare to know! (Sapere aude.) "Have the courage to use your own understanding," is therefore the motto of the enlightenment."
Not sure if you are trying to imply if that is a good or a bad thing as the current Nixxes before Sony bought them had some bad ports like every other one of these porting dev groups has had in the past.
