I've binge-watched it... It was mediocre tbh..I didn't like how the story developed, especially towards the end (some badly written stuff there) , and it was not that good in general.
It's definitely not the best missing-person-in-a-town-where-people-keep-secrets show.
~7-/10 and that's me being generous.

just watched it all..
yeah, i can agree, michal c. hall with an british accent, bewwaahahaha...but, after 2 eps, its kinda okish..
well, not spoiling anything, the story is pretty decent, IF, u watch it till the end..
Every ep, you get more little biscuites to figure out whats going on..so that cool..
It keeps you on the hook..
hmmmmmm....6.5 / 7 of 10.... it was decent..and was made pretty well, if you consider that your on the hook and asking questions till the last episode..But something was missing..dunno..
anyway, its OK .....

Finally watched it years later and have to say it's much better than Dexter: New Blood at least. And given the shit American accents I've heard from Benedict Cumberpatch and Tom Holland, Hall's British accent was quite decent. 
1 and 2 are still amazing.
