I fuck up my circadian rhythm constantly. Lately i'm going to sleep at 18, waking up at 00 in the night. it's not the worst though because you can make sure you go to the store or visit parents etc before 18 + you have the entire night + morning feeling good/alert (which imo is the best time).
Going to sleep in the morning is the worst imo, sleeping early in the evening isn't so bad and perhaps it's even my preferred circadian rhythm because i sleep quite well, something i don't do when i go to sleep in the morning.
