The second track is in English. 11 minutes watch.

AI'S gist:
(00:00–00:37) UFC has recently been releasing even undefeated fighters and changing contract policies, signaling a shift against dominant Dagestani/Caucasian fighters.
(00:37–01:21) Fighters from regions like Dagestan rose to dominance with elite grappling; Khabib Nurmagomedov is framed as the one who “cracked the code” of MMA with a highly effective system.
(01:21–01:41) This grappling-heavy style spread across divisions, creating a wave of nearly unbeatable fighters.
(01:41–02:05) The video argues UFC leadership is now deliberately phasing out this dominance for business reasons, not sporting ones.
(02:05–02:4Cool The grappling-control style is described as effective but boring—lacking trash talk, finishes, and entertainment value that promotions prefer.
(03:11–04:14) Comparison with past fighters like Fedor Emelianenko highlights a more aggressive, finish-oriented grappling style versus modern “safe control” tactics.
(04:33–05:14) Modern fighters are criticized for “safe wins” via control and decision victories—great for winning, but poor for fan engagement.
(05:14–06:15) UFC’s business model depends on viral moments (e.g., knockouts); slow grappling doesn’t generate clips, views, or revenue in the social media era.
(06:37–07:36) Another issue: many fighters from the same region refuse to fight each other, causing matchmaking problems and slowing divisions.
(08:01–09:00) Example: undefeated prospect Muhammad Mokaev was released despite a strong record, suggesting the UFC avoids fighters who may dominate but not sell.
(09:27–10:09) UFC may “shadow-ban” such fighters—keeping them away from title shots to protect entertainment value and revenue.
(10:09–10:4Cool Conclusion: The era of pure meritocracy (“best vs best”) is fading; fighters must now be exciting, active, and marketable—not just dominant.

Good riddance.
Just finish your damn fights or at least try to and you'll be alright, don't even need trash talk. Chimaev's last fight fucking sucked ass (not just his fault, but he just wet blanketed DDP), compare that with Mahk's vs JDM or Chucky Olives vs Max Holloway, at least Mahk and Chuck were *actively* trying to get a finish in there. For the other Nurmagomedov at featherweight it's the same deal, utterly boring fights.
Also fuck them for refusing to fight one another, and for fighting barely twice a year (muh Ramadan dood), once again Chimaev will more than likely only fight once this year. I'm tempted to also mention that they'll never take short notice fights lately, but Mahk did accept one last year on a day's notice, but he's usually the exception to the rule.
Also Mokaev was kicked out for also being a cunt and causing trouble more than once.
