Supposedly, going by the discussion in the Dishwasher Vampire thread it will come to PC after it's Vita / PS4 release.
(Three months exclusivity deal I think was mentioned as well.)

Don't really like it as much as before after that video
Gameplay should be fine, but the picture has too much vaseline on it and the charachters look like some kids or cartoon characters. Doesn't fit into the rest of the game IMO
pc later - from what i read it will be 1 to 3 months after PS4/V
Their plan is finishing SaS, then while SaS is in cert the will be porting Vampire Smile and after that they will be porting SaS
This, and Slain, both look like they're going to be great.. but at least Slain is coming to PC. This? Yehhhhh, not so sure., it's from the same team that whined "porting is haaaaaaaaaaard!! " and didn't bother porting the Dishwasher games, until some Russian hacker did it for them, after which they whined and gnashed and snarled about "entitled thieves" >_>
I don't like it. I don't like the chars, I don't like the blood & particle effects. I don't like the hardcore vaseline effect, I don't like this bone driven 2D animation system.
2D Dark Souls is the new Metroidvania, I'm...ok with that.
Not a fan of the style either (especially the characters that resemble Ninja Turtles, or when there's so much bloom on the screen, or the hardcore vignette), but the gameplay looks like fun. Imma keep an eye on this one
