First I thought I was reading very old Dutch. You will have to provide us with a translation though, before we are all crazy.

In case of "straks", it means in a meanwhile, opposite of the Norwegian meaning.
Its more or less written in danish. Basically saying that the amount of dumb (well it says crazy) people are increasing by "x" pr year, which is the numbers you see. By 2139 there are no wise people as the stupid people have become the normal, while the few normal is seen as abnormal as the norm will say the stupid are the wise.
