It is interesting how these games keep failing and failing, yet they just don't stop making them like this. Truly bizarre and shows a true insanity at play in western game development companies.
But you see how they rage and fuss and blame gamers after their game enfs up failing. Why set yourself up for that? Sure, they get some development funds, but their salary will be their sales

Came to say this. A Louisiana bayou-based game with black southern cajun's isn't DEI.
(it's either the first, or second state in the US with the highest black population, and known for its creole black population).

Now the game DOES look a bit blandly generic and 'meh' with its art style and such.
I like the "Arcanish" design, but is it me or there is some weirdness happening with animations ?
Especially cutscenes feels miscro-stuttered like hell.

I saw someone do a compilation of games we are getting in 2025 with this exact theme (strong woman with a sword), i was flabbergasted. It seems like we are switching from getting 2-3 Survival games a month to this garbage
All good to decent studios that were 90% male are now 90% females due to DEI, so it makes sense.
