Jebus, I'm having a hard time with Chinese sellers on AliExtard. Most of these sellers do not understand plain English.
Example: I want to buy these obsolete transistors 2SA1486/2SC3840. The transistors shown on his shop picture are genuine so I wanted to be sure that he sends mi exactly those ones shown on the picture. The funny thing is, he asked me to first cancel the dispute and contact the customer service for questions. But, but what dispute ? I didn't even buy the transistors yet for Pete's sake !

I like AliExpress, I expect no customer service and to not necessarily get what i paid for. That said so far everything I've ordered has been 100% pretty good.
They probably use Google Translate to do business,
Most probably.
@AmpegV4, there's the catch. I already had some negative experiences with Chinese sellers. You buy something that is shown on the picture but they send something different. Buying electronic components from China is very risky since their market is flooded with fake parts.
