Dino Horror Game Code Violet Not Coming to PC Due to "Vulgar" Mod Fears
TeamKill Media, the developer of upcoming dino horror game Code Violet, has revealed that the game won't be coming to PC, and it's all to do with what the studio thinks modders will do with its characters.
Translated: We don't want to spend budget for denuvo and we don't want the game to be pirated. Pay 79,99 for a console release please.
And, most important, guerilla marketing: we are going to release a game with a protagonist with a skin suit with big boobies
This is obviously just a stupid excuse. But I don't even get why they would use this as an excuse and not something else, or just say you won't make it for pc and that is that. This makes them look mentally ill.
Well we all know american game companies dont like gamers, so even if this was never coming to PC i don't find it too surprising they're throwing other companies a bone with dumbass statements like this.

This. Seems like this is just a ploy to get people to talk about their crappy game. Looks like it worked too.
Just trying to drum up some attention and sales. I also found it weird when I saw an article on this on eurosocjus too, I guess they're getting the attention they wanted

Shitty gaming company, but their "reason" doesn't make sense, the game will either get rule34 treatment or eventually be moded on ps5 version as the console will eventually get fully hacked.
Also the average male player will actually want to mod his game to improve the game experience rather for pure nudity.
