FYI to anyone who has not heard: Link: http://www.cdfreaks.com/news/11914 Warning to ALL, the mysterious Co. X that shut him down has also taken his domain, yet, so make sure you TURN OFF your auto update check. Co. X should have everything switched over by June 9. God only knows what they would do with all the IP's they collect from people who have the update check on. On a personal note, DAMN! What a great piece of software. Continued development will be missed.

Here is the reg key to change the auto update: EVENTS_CheckForProgramUpdate at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\DVD Decrypter should be 0 to prevent auto update. Found it over at Doom9, some may want to change this key instead of starting the program to disable.

OMFG, jesus, nice software it was... but who cares, people will still use it just won't update it About Hitman: Movie (2007) Vin Diesel is a hardcore gamer, and absolutely loves the Hitman series. For that reason I have faith that he wont destroy the movie. Response: Well, Uwe Boll probably loved the Alone in the Dark games.

No one really knows other then Company X (which I believe is now revealed as MacroVision) controls the site. Also, there are some unscrupulous f*cks that are setting up websites for downloading DVDDecryptor and setting up PayPal donations. If I remember correctly someone claimed to be Lightning UK, which is BS.
