I made a few demo movies with Fraps and the size is way too big, like a 4 minutes movie give me a 535mb avi. How can i re-encoed the avi to have a smaller file size without loosing quality?

Thanks man...VirtualDub did the trick...went from 535mb to 69mb without loosing anything.
