Metro Awakening is a story-driven first-person adventure built exclusively for VR coming to PS VR2, Meta Quest 2 + 3 and Steam VR in 2024. Developed by Vertigo Games in collaboration with Deep Silver and Dmitry Glukhovsky, Metro Awakening allows you to immerse yourself in the world of Metro in an entirely new dimension.

Seems like it's being made by these fellas, so hopefully the main team is working on a proper game: https://vertigo-games.com

They ARE working on a 'proper' Metro sequel / non-VR-exclusive game; they specify it in the video's description and in one reply to one of the comments.

Really good reviews for this one + graphics looks great (stand-alone Quest 3 version).

Though, i will say...
I noticed after watching 5 reviews (+many previews before that) that there are like 3 enemies; 2 different mutants + humans (maaaaybe something else). No one even mentions this "i can't think of anything negative." sure buddy, you want sugar with that shilling? Laughing

Also they claim it's an AAA game. No it isn't. I bet the budget for this is much closer to your usual indie game than a AAA title. This should be priced maybe $25-30.

Reviews look ok, but it's definitely not up there with Alyx. This here seems to be a walking simulator for quite a few stretches. Still, might check out the ISO-demo.
