Yeah. Since Finland is involved I guess it's Nordic, not Scandinavian. Scandinavia is made up of Sweden, Norway and Denmark while the Nordic Countries are made up of Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Finland and Faroe Islands.
There must be some kind of a cultural heritage.
Language wise: If I hear Danish, sometimes it sounds like Dutch or German.
Swedish and Norwegian are incomprehensible.
