My Xbox up until 5 minutes ago was working fine, then i turn it on and now its black and white picture thats scrolling up and down with a bar in the middle.. ive tried it on two TV's and used the cords from my friends box, but still the same result.. dont know whats wrong..any help would be appreciated..

change the video mode using the enigma video mode switch disk.

It sounds like you are using pal on a ntsc tv, that dosent support it.

^thanks , 1 question though.. how does that work?.. because if it has to be done from a menu inside the xbox i cant see it to change it because the video problems start as soon as i turn on the console..

burn enigma to a cdrw or dvdr/dvdrw and cold boot ...wait for a minute press "B" and turn off console or IGR ... back to ntsc you will see I looked up "gormless" in the dictionary, it said "without gorm" .... so i looked up "gorm" but it wasn't there ????
