Well its true. I think the different versions just scramble them differently. Since i dont think there's a "de-scrambler" as such each game is unique in the way its protected.

okay, lets see if that "sophisticated" people say something different than this - the problem is in the number of pcodes and the time it takes to manually remove them

its like $29 in toronto, maybe $39 and prolly like 19 in US

it was just a starforce 3 question
although if it was cracked i wouldnt play scct3
not my type
but i just wonder
did rld cheat? bcuz the the both games use the same sf3 version
i assume there musnt be any differneces since they use the same sf3

yeah, i bought my copy at walmart when it hit 29.99...but maybe it was just a sale? I dunno
and ebgames over prices everything
hit the barrie flee market, games for cheap and not burned or anything

SCCT is protected using stronger options on the SF protection wizard, uses block substitution, memory checksumming, VM obfuscation, etc, etc.
Postal used wussy Starforce.
