For some reason i cannot install the game, i mount the dvd with Daemon Tools and then it installs Steam, after that it asks if i wish to install HL2 and when i click 'next' nothing happens i just stay stuck on the 'HL2 Installer' window.

Can anyone tell me what i have to do in order to get the game to install HL2? (I don't have an internet connection on the PC i am trying to install HL2 on) Sad

You could BUY it. But thats not cool is it? Try doing it with an internet connection, or burning it to disk.
