There are so many times where it sounds like the cop is about to burst out laughing at this toddler This is why you have to say "No" to your kids sometimes... clearly it was never a thing for this person.

asmongold to the rescue for working video... he is getting a little to pro police ... these are clearly mental health cases that just require a different approach of seclusion and removing from attention and de escelate and then breaching their bubbles. but i dont have all the answers. a psychologist would know best how to pierce these creatures cranials and police needs a checklist for such cases . to often its escelates for no reason ....
