An error(-5003 : 0x5 ) has ocurred while running the setup

Error Information:

HELPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have the same problem.

An error (-5011 : 0x8000ffff) has occured while running the setup.
Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and
closed other applications. If the error still occurs, please contact
your vendor: Rockstar Games

Do you have the HOODLUM version?
