The one a while back was by Acclaim before they went down the hole. Acclaim give Juiced's right to THQ. THQ might tweak or change something to the game before publishing it. Neither way, it's gonna be the same game.
If you hate it, ignore it.

not much except for the jazzed up calendar and some cosmetic stuff, gameplay and overall experience remains the same as last year's release, which in one word means "skip".
if tweaks and changes could make this an entirely different and better game, then we would be having game patches the size of CDs, because everybody would be doing it.
