Apparently the card I own is not a very popular card or something, I can't seem to find many reviews on this specific card, not sure what I was thinking when I bought it.. has anyone heard anything good/bad about my card?

Nah I've had it for awhile, just never noticed it's sorta an "under the radar" card until now...

Now I'm kinda' scared, does it suck or something? Razz

Certainly not, Gainward cards are generally a notch faster than similar cards with the same chipset. They are a little eccentric, since they generally do not use the reference design (which is why they're more expensive).

Actually Gainward is very popular here in Germany, especially within the overclocker cimmunity. The GS means that your card is certified to run stable with a certain degree of overclocking. I wouldn't worry about the card, i mean are you dissatisfied in any way? Smile

Not really, it has no chance on Pixel Shader 2.0 though. But I'm not sure what the whole deal with Pixel versions is anyways. Is 2.0 something that is out there now? Or is that a bell and whistle for future games?

Huh...looks pretty good. I'll have to keep that brand in mind next time I go to upgrade again. Thanks for the info guys... I'm from the US and hadn't heard of that card either.
