Is anybody else getting 25 frames with the limiter on? Vice City runs at 30, San Andreas read me file says frame limiter will force 30 frames, but I get 25??? Where are my other 5 frames you suckers!!!
Would appreciate some help with this seriously, those 5 frames really make a difference to the smoothness of play. I prefer to lock framerate so it remains constant to avoid the "tearing" effect that I get with the limiter off...
I have XP2100, 768mb 333ddr, 6800gt256

yeah this game defaults to 25 instead of 30 fps, and i want to know how to make it 30 or 35 for a more consistent, yet not annoyingly choppy gaming experience
anyone know how to do this? the 5 or 10 fps would make a big difference
