It is a racing controller invented by namco for its ridge racer series.
The buttons I and II are analogue as is the left shoulder button.
You steer by twisting the two parts of the controller.
Its awesome and when you are used to it, its the best solution for playing racing games. I still play all my pc racing games via negcon (and an adapter of course) whenever possible...
Personally i dont see how that controller is good i had one and did not like it as far as gt4 it sucks i own it i've beat it and thats as far as i'll go it's a poor excuse for a racer.Forza for xbox is the racer to play i own it as well and i can't stop playing it.By the way no offense meant by this post just expressing what i feel.I hope sony dies!!!
