Those system requirements are wrong... that looks like the reqs for BF1942.

The demo would not even start on a card with less than SM1.4 support--i.e. the only card below the minimum spec which could load the game was a FX5200. I doubt that's changed for final release, so no, you can't use a Ti4600.
