yup also waiting impatiently here. def not worth a buy(at least not till a gold edition in the bargain bin) but worth the release. i cant wait to finally build tunnels and have some new playgrounds to play with. hopefully they got bigger parks in this one too...the originals were all too cramped and also uninspired.

means that atari uses securom7 to protect its games so there's no problem at all with the release... both hoodlum and reloaded can crack it and almost any kid on earth can make a working clone of the game...
should be out tomorrow i think

Actually it has improved a great deal. And even at release it was far from the most buggiest game ever considering unlike some games (Sims 2 for one) it was able to at least start up correctly.
Also inserting my large mass of anticipation for this expansion pack. Sadly it is actually about 200 megs larger than vanilla RCT3 in size requirements so it's diffenately a good thing to want to download!

I for one download then buy if it runs well and isn't a buggy piece of junk. Especially in the case of expansion packs since sometimes developers release expansion packs with very little content (RCT2s expansion packs really are a good example of that). Also I'll download any game that is without a demo no matter what before I buy it.

I think it's addon, after the install apparently you still use the vanilla RCT3 cd and shortcut to run the game.

its an addon...needs about 600 megs+original game.
also IGN has a review up:
http://pc.ign.com/articles/627/627481p1.html
mostly positive...of course its an 8.2 on ign, which could be like a 5 on other sites, so still unsure about it.

True that but really RCT3 is just 700mb so it's nice that an expansion pack just about doubles the game as far as content is concerned.
