OK, i have never encoded anything in my life, so i don't know what kind of programs to use or how to do it or anything. I've done some cutting in Pinacle DV studio thats about it.
Now I have an very old VHS that I want to make a DVD of. So my question is. How do i do it? I have all the requiered things (such as a dvd burner comp /s-vid -in etc.) Which programms should I use and how would you recomend I do it?
I did it, by connection my vhs to my external dvd burner. Then i put the dvd movie on my pc for editing. And burn again on dvd. Ya, it costs you 2 dvd's but then you have it on dvd.
1. buy the Dazzle hardware (about $50 at best buy)
2. plug it into your pc
3. plug the vhs into the back of Dazzle
4. play the movie on the vcr and record it with dazzle
5. encode
there, only $50 + the price of DVDRs and you're set. theres no need to have to burn it twice.
Do it the easy way. Connect your Video Recorder to a DVD Recorder. I use a Panasonic DVD recorder. Perfect results every time and minimal of fuss.
