I really need to know wot to do!
Hey im 16 and im from the UK, recently i hooked up with this girl at a dance. Got her number and started texting her etc.
We were getting on fine chatting on msn etc.
I asked her if she wanted to go in town with me some time, she was like yeh. But 2 days after that she just started ignoring me.
she didnt reply to my texts and had blocked me on MSN i called her up and she rejected my call. i was really confused.
so i put him on the case, gave him her MSN and he found out that she all ready had a boyfreind, but in a long distance relationship. He also found out that she likes me, but sees me as a freind (wtf we havent stoped flirting since i met her!) He also told me that she may let me down face to face when i go into town with her (i read the convo he aint lying).
I talked to her last night (after she finnaly started talking to me again) and i am going to meet her in like 3 days, and i dont know wot to do, i really like this girl. She even likes me back and even said to my mate that her relationship with this other guy is kinda rocky (not going well), and she would prob start seeing me if she wasent seeing him.
I could get in there first, and giver her the speech (you've been messing me about, and why did u igonore me.) and basicly dump her.
But i dont want to dump her but also i dont want to come second, i dont really wanna have to wait for her to be dumped by this other guy then she will come to me. (the girls mates even think this guy maybe cheating on her!!!) i want her to dump this other guy for me.
I also dont wanna be dumped by this girl (embarrasing for me) but at least if i dump her i get to look cool becasue i dumped a really hot girl.
so when i meet her what shall i say??? dump her???
i need seroious replys, the time is ticking!

 this is funny but still.. if you cant take a little bit of rejection then you wont get very far. Sure u might feel better "dumping" her but u might have it all wrong. sayin that though i dont think she'll dump her bf for u and it was just 1 of those 1 night things. Speak to her but dont expect much and move on  |

ok, thanks for the reply.
I forgot to say that we went to school together, we wernt that close but it wasent really a one nighter thing, ive known her for a couple of years.
I thought she was serious becasue she has been coming on to me for a while (in school).
She allready knew my mate and they just chatted about things, and cleared it up and he basicly just gave me the gist of things
Maybe your right though, i may just ask her how she feels and move on.

seriously i'm pretty sure we've all been in the same situation. Had some girl come onto you for ages, you give up and they just go "weird". It really was just a 1 nighter, doesnt matter how long you knew them. maybe she thought she liked you but really took a few days to realise she still liked her bf more? and yes stalking = not good at all

If you don't meet her will you keeping thinking "shit, maybe if I met her something might of happened?".. Best to do it, play it cool, see how she acts, grab her ass or something obvious but not ass hole like (e.g. dont grab her ass really  )..
Dont go into any of this "You done this and I thought" rubish. Its not worth it and you'll just look like a bigger dick if she doesnt feel for you. Just play it cool, see what happens and if nothing happens, thats probably your answer.
When pulling a woman I always find it best to just be cool, get friendly, meet up lots, do stuff together without any of the shit that "wanting them" brings. That way they can see you would be a good boyfriend and you can move in for the kill, its never failed  !
Just dont act like the 10 year old girl who didnt get her own way, this isnt as easy as that!

What you've got to realise is that there are many girls who don't attribute feelings to flirting, they just see it as harmless fun. Trust me, I know a few like this.
So tell me, exactly how far has this flirting gone?
Also, if she blocked you, and refused to get into contact with you doesn't that maybe tell you something. Unless you've had an argument that type of behaviour usually means they don't want to see you. If she really cared for you she'd already have dumped her boyfriend, but it seems she's using him more like an excuse then anything.

She didnt act strange or anything, really confusing.
Didnt i say? she never mentioned anything about a boyfreind to me(i did mention it once breifly, when talking to her), only to my freind. and things arent going too well between them.

Ok well, what about the flirting, what exactly happend?
Also, don't treat her as if you have a right to complain about anything she's done yet as neither of you have committed to a relationship. Just don't make a move on her until you are certain of her intentions.

You should take this advice, bear in mind I'm 37, and have had several long term relationships, dumped once, and now happily married with a son.
First things first!... Your 16 for Fu*ks sake, have some fun... don't take life and love too serously. God If I was your age over again, I'd be shaggin anything that breathed seriously loosen up!
Secondly, don't put pressure on the girl for an answer or reply. It's the biggest turn of there is.
Try to be philosophical, and bear in mind six months down the line, you may loath her for pressing on your time, or moaning that you have done this or that.
The best relationships are those were both of you are on equal terms.
When someone seems interested in you it can be a bit of an ego boost, and if you fancy her, it can make you a bit sensless and giddy. I know it's hard but try and detach those feelings from the the reality of the situation.
Don't dump her, to make yourself feel better. That's loathsome, and dosn't make you a good person. Massaging your own ego is week and...
your only kidding yourself!!

Just say something along these lines, "my friend mentioned you have a boyfriend, I didn't realise & the last thing I would want to do is get in between you and him if you love each other. Just remember I'll always be here for you if you need me. Hope you know that I like you <name>, and have done for some time." Something like that, if the opportunity allows, will show her that you like her as a person, care about her & want the best for her, but most importantly of all, it shows that u dont just want her for sex
Whatever happens do not dump her. This will make things awkward for future interaction. Best to be dumped by the girl, coz then she'll feel sorry for ya, & it's much easier to handle providing u had enough of her anyway.
