Hey all,

Ive been searching for a solution for my problem all around the internet but found nothing so far:

Does anyone know how to fix the aspect ratio on this release??

When I watch it on my (PAL) TV and (PAL) standalone dvd player the image is stretched to full 4:3 instead of wide screen..

However when I test it on my pc does show the correct image quality..
So anyone know a solution for this problem? I know more people hav problems with it

THX alot in advance!

Maybe your TV aspect isn't configured ? :\ could be it...

About Hitman: Movie (2007)
Vin Diesel is a hardcore gamer, and absolutely loves the Hitman series. For that reason I have faith that he wont destroy the movie.

Response: Well, Uwe Boll probably loved the Alone in the Dark games.

Do you have pan and scan turned on in your standalone settings?
If so try switching to 4:3 letterboxed

If your TV isn't the kind with wooden casing and turning knobs, there's probably a 16:9 button on your remote to force a widescreen AR.

Or maybe you reencoded the movie and accidently picked full screen instead of wide. The release is flawless and works great on my dvd/tv.

I didnt reencode anything and also the copy I burned works on some tv's, but not on mine.. and i know more people have problems with it..

Also it doesnt only stretch out to FS it is also shows a lot of glitches in the at the bottom of the screen on my tv. (Not on my PC , or some tv's i tried, it all worked fine there).

Changing the dvd settings from pan scan to letterbox didnt work either.
Well I just wait for the retail I guess

it has an occasional

"conceal v"

at the bottom left.
