I almost finished my new workstation with help of a mate whos been able to supply with wonderful prices for most components now just need a GFX to go !
The purpose is intensive CAD and a fair amount 3D modeling/rendering, but i also want a card to play the latest games !
My mate can get any of these at significantly less than their retail price and brand new, wich shall i go for ?
TBH u dont need any of these cards specifically for CAD. You will get great results with a standard 7800GTX anyway. Plus im not sure how well the Wildcat Realizm will play at games but i'd say the nvidia's are better purely because its from a gaming company. I'm sure there are + and - for both but I still dont think its neccessary for either. You would only need 1 of these cards if your a big time developer and even then you could ask for donations from nvidia I know they've supported some games and mods for individual ppl and small groups.
