I want to buy Splinter Cell, but I don't want SF3 to mess with my PC. Is it true, that to uninstall you just remove a few things from the device manager? Is there more to the process than that?
I realize that SF3 must be present to play the game, but I'm wondering if I can revert my computer to a Starforce 3-free state again when I'm done playing.

Did you have any problems while SF3 was on your system?
This is sorta of a dilemma for me. I really want the game, but I don't want problems arising from Starforce 3. I use this PC for work. I don't wanna support an invasive copy protection either, but SC3 is a quality title.
