Hi have some questions.

There is a whole lot of different information on files that i would like to download, but how do i download?

For exampel, i would like to go to the secction DVDR

And want to download the movie The Ring Two (2005) *PAL*

I have med an account here at nforce, but how do i start dowloading the files that i want?

Please give me som hints so that i can get started, i have been using eMule for 5 years now, but i suspekt that there is another way of downloading files.
