Needs the original or Sacred Plus, don't think Sacred (c) Encore Software Inc. - DEVIANCE is going to work with this. Oh well, if anyone gets it working please post something.

Last night, i installed Deviance's Sacred without applying deviance's crack and then installed Sacred Underworld Reloaded's release and applied underworld crack. Game started. I chose dwarf and start the game. There is an area with lavas that no where to go. There are 2 NPCs. You can not talk with the man only woman. But, woman says only "Dwarfs can not ride" or smth like that. Then, nothing happens. Then, character graphics distorted. When, i tried to save an error message occured and game returned to Windows screen. It's always same.
Is there anyone who encountered same problem?

Does not sound like copy protection. I heard the Dwarf can not ride however. Should not be crashing, maybe some other system level problem or bug in the game. After the Underworld update did it patch your old Sacred and apply the Plus pack?
Has anyone else tried the Dev Sacred with this Underworld release? Going to find some time this weekend but have been playing ALOT of DS2. Nice to finally get an RPG.

DAMN! Nothing works. A crack on gamecopy does work, the one in the game doesnt work. no matter what the game just freezes when I choose the option for the underworld campaign damn!

did you copy all files from crack dir esp sacred.org as this file is called from the sacred.dll during some protectCD checks? If you dont coipy it you get lots of gfx errors (at least i do) but as soon as i copied over its all fine. Maybe that helps.

ya copied the org file, the exe and the dll nothing. Then gamecopy has a file that looks exactly the same but asks you to rename the original exe to org and then copy some files from it's zip, but it doesnt look nor work correctly either. Guess I will have to ignore this release:(

you sure you use english release not german or french. The crack works only for english according to fileforum.com. ppl there said for german underworld an other crack released by a group named SILENTGATE works but you have to download and install a patch for it. Gamecopyworld has probably only the rld crack not the silentgate one but according to ppl in fileforum in german game 4 files are in crack -granny.dll, sacred.dll, sacred.org, sacred.exe-. The RELOADED release together with the old DEVIANCE version of SACRED works perfect.

Ya I have the original sacred with new reloaded version of underground. The crack in folder #1 doesn't work. 3 others I got from the net all also don't work. 1 has a sacred .dll and another "SAYS" it has a data.dll but instead has sacred in there. I even spent like 1 hour putting them randomly together and reinstalling...nada

Sounds like what you did is no different then what others have tried. You sure it is working OK, can you play Sacred and Underworld?

Well now mine corrupts the graphics just like mentioned above. Weird. 2 People you talk to a woman who says "Dwarfs cant ride" then boom, everything goes to shite. I did notice that my system when installing the underworld game, says "Patching models" and hangs forever, I have to close something called xdelta before it continues. I even left it on all night and it wouldn't go past this. So I think something is wrong since I am not the only one getting this. I am just gonna go buy it

well let it sit for 1 and a half hours and it installed fine. Allows me to play but corrupts instantly. done with this one. Hope others have a better go of it

Main problem is that there are two English version of the game. One is called UK version (also known as international version), and the other is US version. The difference between US and UK is one has more blood (UK) than the other. Deviance Sacred release is UK version, but Reloaded's Underworld release is US version. So, there is an version problem with these two. So, if you find original US version, then applied Reloaded's Underworld release, it will work fine.

If only it were so easy. That was the first thing I tried but now I own both games actually now(Just bought). And the problem occurs with the original store bought copies as well.

You have encountered same problem as me. What is your operating system? I'm using Win98SE
