no comparison, wow is the best mmorph game out there atm( fun wise), they dont have 3+ million people playing for no reason.

if you have a good guild you can do some nice raid instances, and now that battlegrounds are around its a lot better.
also, you can make more than 1 char you know. =P

well I got a level 60 on Dreanor collected shitload of stuff to get my arcanite reaper did some nice raids alot of BG , but then I desided to start over on the other side and took alliance a hunter this time the other was a warrior must say have more fun with my hunter sofar then with the warrior , im just level 34 but will get there *again* must say sofar I have fun and I like it and I still got a social life the post I made before was just wel kinda truth but I still got a social life , I dont see any dif in playing WoW all the time or sit whole days behind pc doing chat , game , or whatever or play consoles theres no dif. I only made my second char on BloodHoof and what a crap server is that also alot of idiots there that dont know how to play the game , they dont help they loot chest without rolling and alot of ninja looters , owell waiting to get the offer to move the char.

maybe if u guys did the end game content u would know why people still play and all the quests that causes kool effects in the world. theres a ton of crap to do in the game once u get to lvl 60. but yeah thats tons of people that has no clue what the game about and a few million still playing cuz they know what to do in the game besides killing crap. and btw i play on dreanor also Razz

Sigh. I had a 60 priest with Tran. Epic set, Epic mount, and raped battlegrounds. MC and BWL are just.. SNORE. It was a great game, they just need MORE high level content. The reason games like Everquest were so great, despite making you pay endlessly for expansions, was because those expansions added so much content. I don't care if they rush one. Give me more levels, give me more stuff to do and maybe they'll get my subscription back.

I own both... WOW is easier to play, more fun, and better to pick up. I have no doubt that FFXI has more to offer, but trying to get to level 2 was FAR to hard, let alone anything else..

Wow gets my vote based on that... depends on your tastes though, if you like spending hours .. go for it.. I think Ill try it again soon Smile!

yea like camping the outside raid bosses and batteling guilds from same faction or other side, farming molten core and ony, trying to do blackwing lair but the encounters are so gay its not funny. I had my run but im done. WTS 4 lvl 60 accounts...lol

I've also been playing WoW since Feb 11th and still loving it and before anyone says....I've STILL not hit lvl60 so there's still plenty of gameplay left for me.

I tried WOW but it was so over-rated. Visit the EverQuest 2 website for a 7 day free limited trial. That game seems so much more professionally done (but is slightly more expensive).

i cannot comment on FF but WoW is really a waste of time. just a hack and slash game, that would be just as enjoyable with NPC's (offline) as the community seems to consist of children and immature 'adults'. NPC's are about as much interaction as you get really.

if their was more content (depth) to it maybe then it would be enjoyable enough to warrant the monthly fee.

no doubt the vote has been bombarded with diehard fanboys or maybe the alternative was a poor comparison, i dont know.

more choices would have been good... theres much more to MMO than these two
